How long does it take to make my item?

Custom Pieces and Engravings

Depends on the scope of the project. 2-3 weeks is a good estimate.

Can I make a rushed order?

Yes, we are willing to work with you. Please reach out and ask for timeline for your specific project. Our ability to rush your order will depend on what other projects are being worked on.

Can we pick up our order instead of having it shipped?

Fyre Woodwork & Engraving is run from our family home. For this reason, we prefer to ship or deliver your project to you. Delivery is an option depending on your location. Please reach out to us if you are seeking delivery.

Can I see the design before it is made?

For all custom designs, we will create digital mockups for you before we start the manufacturing process. This does not include items sold on our online site.

What are your size limitations?

Our machines have some size restrictions, but we can usually make large products by producing them in smaller pieces and assembling them together to meet your needs.

What are my options for colors? 

We can produce products with any color you would like!

Do you make things other than wall art?

Our main focus is making wall art and other house décor items but we are interested in making other products. Please reach out to us to see if your project idea can be produced by us!

Do we have retail space where you can see examples?

We do not have a showroom or retail space. We are based out of our family home. If you are hoping to take a look at something in person, please contact us to make arrangements.
